This unique relationship has empowered us to create the “Best in Class” safety, health and sanitization practices to safeguard Guests and Staff.

Stringent Health & Hygiene Measures For All
A series of enhanced health and hygiene practices have been rolled out and reinforced, including but not limited to –
- Temperature checks using IR contactless thermometers at all entry points for all hotel staff, Guests and Visitors
- High-quality PPE equipment is provided to all staff
- Availability of sanitization station around the premises
- Rooms are sanitized daily using WHO protocols and hospital grade disinfectants and cleaning processes
- If required, masks are available on request at the Front Desk for Guests.
- All hotel vehicles are sanitized thoroughly
- Sanitization of Guest luggage before it is sent to the room
- All room and apartment keys are sanitized after each stay

Contact Minimized Check-ins & Check-outs
- Maintenance of a Guest logbook to monitor temperature at the time of arrival
- Floor markings to help with social distancing
- Self-declaration form for Guests detailing their travel history and health status
- Contactless check-in with no physical contact is enabled via advance technology
- Advance bills are shared on e-mail or WhatsApp for Guest review and approval before settlement
- Contactless payment options using online payment modes are available

Hospital Grade Sanitization, Everywhere
- Only hospital-grade disinfectants and Virex® 256 solutions are used for sanitization
- All rooms are aired for 24 hours before cleaning and sanitization
- All sanitized and cleaned rooms are sealed with a safety seal to ensure that they have not been accessed after cleaning
- Housekeeping staff maintains a sanitizing checklist to ensure the enhanced disinfection protocol is executed effectively
- Guest amenities are provided using sanitized packaging
- Unused Guest amenities are discarded
- Mattresses are cleaned after every stay.
- Maintenance of In-room AC settings as mandated by government authorities
- Guest laundry is delivered in sanitized packaging
- High touch surfaces are sanitized thrice a day
- Deep cleaning protocols of all areas have been updated using Lime Services experienced cleaning and sanitization mandates

- Guests are required to wear masks and sanitize their hands before entering the restaurant
- Buffets have been replaced by table service options
- Tableware and menu’s are sanitized after every use
- To maintain physical distancing, the Guests are seated on alternate tables
- Immunity boosting food is available for breakfast
- Tables are sanitized after every use
- Packaged food for take away or in-room dining is available
- In room dining is delivered on a trolley to guest doorstep
- Only disposable tableware and utensils are used

Hygienic Food Production
- All kitchen staff and restaurant staff wear PPE equipment and sanitize their hands on a regular basis
- 100 ppm chlorine for sanitizing non-vegetarian ingredients & 50 ppm for vegetarian ingredients is implemented
- All incoming items are sanitized as per new SOP’s designed specifically for COVID protection
- Kent® vegetable purifier is used to purify the vegetable and fruits
- Social distancing is maintained in the kitchen
- Kitchen staff is trained and certified as per FSSAI certified FOSTAC program for COVID prevention
